Produced by Master Fluid Solutions, with more than a hundred approvals from leading manufacturers in the aerospace industry, they enable the machining of innovative high-tech alloys while reducing tool wear.
Whatever material you need to machine, from common carbon steel to super alloys, and whatever machining you need to do, Master Fluid Solutions can offer a solution to optimise machining cycle times and tool wear.
ChemFluid
ChemFluid products are formulated with only high-quality raw materials and are all free of formaldehyde-donating bactericides and thiazolinones.
The ChemFluid range consists of emulsifiable cooling lubricants and complete cutting and grinding fluids. ChemFluid emulsifiable cooling lubricants are very stable in all types of water, even in very hard water, and have excellent foam control in soft water.
Leading the ChemFluid offering are the vegetable-based emulsifiers. The growing sensitivity towards environmental sustainability has led to the development of new products being directed towards the use of raw materials from renewable sources. In these specific products, mineral oils have been replaced with vegetable and synthetic esters.
Furthermore, they do not contain boric acid and its compounds, secondary amines, formaldehyde donors, isothiazolinone bactericides and chlorine. The high ester content offers outstanding performance on aluminium alloys and stainless steels.
Both vegetable-based and mineral-based emulsifiers provide maximum corrosion protection and high stability over time.
